Upgrade a Factory by re-composing newer upstreams.

Parse args: PATH. 1) Diff referenced upstream versions vs current. 2) Bump references in the contract; never fork; if a new gap appears, add a justified custom_justifications entry. 3) Re-run python3 scripts/factory.py check <PATH>. 4) Summarize changes + plan. Any actual deploy is a mutation; hand it to Agent Blu / OpenClaw; this skill only updates and verifies the contract.

Always load the operating model first (reference/factory-operating-model.md): the architecture is Product → Factory → Outputs → Domains → Systems; Bluefly owns composition, not implementation; compose, never reinvent; factory.yaml is the single source of truth.
