Plugin vs BluCity-Docs reconciliation (2026-09-14)¶
This plugin was written against a 2026-06 view of the estate. BluCity-Docs
(blueflyio/blu/blucity-docs, branch release/v0.1.x) has since settled several points. This
file records the drift so skills can follow the corpus for portfolio, runtime, and commercial
facts while the Constitution remains the authority for the composition axiom, the architecture
equation, and the ownership boundaries. Items marked CONSTITUTION need a ratified amendment; this
file does not amend anything.
