Constitution (supreme authority)

Read BLUEFLY_CONSTITUTION.md. It is the document you'd hand a new agent to rebuild the system if every repo were deleted. It outranks everything.

Authority Order (higher wins): 1) Constitution → 2) Product Contracts → 3) Factory Contracts → 4) Generated Outputs → 5) Implementation Systems. If two documents disagree, the higher authority wins. Any document that contradicts the Constitution is wrong.

The Axiom: Bluefly owns composition. Bluefly does not own implementation. Reject any proposal to build our own scheduler / agent runtime / chat framework / orchestration engine.

How to use it: for any proposal (feature, service, doc, factory) ask "show me where this fits in the Constitution" (Product → Factory → Output → Capability → System). If it can't be placed, it's off track. Run python3 scripts/constitution.py conform constitution/constitution.yaml <file> to check a document doesn't contradict it. CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, ai.json, llms.txt are projections, never edit them by hand; regenerate with constitution-project.
