1. Architecture¶

Drupal Event-Condition-Action (ECA) is the no-code orchestration engine used across Bluefly to automate business logic, agent triggers, vector embeddings, and webhooks without custom PHP code.

2. Standard ECA Patterns¶

2.1 Auto-Vector Indexing on Entity Save¶

Event: Entity presave / insert / update (ai_context_item)
Condition: Entity bundle is 'agent_memory' AND status is 'published'
Action: ai_integration_eca.embedding (compute vector) -> qdrant_client.upsert

2.2 Inbound Webhook Event Processing¶

Event: Webhook received (/webhook/gitlab-pipeline)
Condition: Payload status is 'success' AND branch is 'release/v0.1.x'
Action: advancedqueue.enqueue_job (trigger convoy reconciliation)

2.3 Gas City Event Polling¶

Event: Cron / AdvancedQueue execution
Condition: Gas city supervisor endpoint reachable
Action: api_orchestrator.request (GET /v0/city/bluefly/events?after_seq=...)
