Cowork Context Reduction Plan

Problem: Autocompact thrashing and token bloat from duplicate plugins, skills, and stale memory.

Governing Principle

Aggressively remove dead/duplicate context payload, but only after current-state verification rather than blindly applying historical observations.

Actions (Requires Proof Before Deletion)

1. Kill broken MCP servers: Disconnect servers returning 502s or 401s (e.g., historical issues with agent_blu, zoom-mcp) only after re-measuring current health.
2. Remove duplicate/unused plugins: Identify overlapping capabilities.
3. Consolidate memory: Do not import historical auto-memory wholesale.
4. Deduplicate local vs remote skills: Keep one authority only. Curate upstream into canonical skill owners first.
5. Route work into separate task sessions: Stop context accumulation in a single long-running session.

Constraint: No blind deletion. No rm (use trash). One bounded quarantine. Measure before acting.
