BLUEFLY AUTHORITY CONVERGENCE + CLAUDE / ANTIGRAVITY CLEAN-ROOM RESET

THIS IS NOT A “REINSTALL” TASK. THIS IS NOT A LOCAL CONFIG TUNING TASK. THIS IS A CONTROL-PLANE CONVERGENCE TASK.

THE GOAL:

  1. Make GitLab the recoverable organizational authority;
  2. Make BluCity-Docs the ONE canonical engineering knowledge authority;
  3. Make BluCity-Packs the executable agent-role/capability authority;
  4. Make BluCity the city/orchestration composition authority;
  5. Make Gas City / Beads the current-work authority;
  6. Mac workstation remains disposable; Claude memory is NOT organizational authority.

The Clean-Room End State

The desired Claude/Antigravity end state is an EXTREMELY SMALL bootstrap that retrieves authority rather than reproducing it locally. No imported historical architecture dumps.

Bootstrap requirements: - THIS WORKSTATION IS DISPOSABLE. - LOCAL MEMORY, LOCAL CLONES, AND LOCAL FILESYSTEM STATE ARE NOT BLUEFLY ORGANIZATIONAL AUTHORITY. - UNIVERSAL RULES: distinguish observed fact from inference, never fabricate evidence, no auth workaround, never print secrets, use trash, preserve unique work, execute authorized work.

Note: The clean-room reset is complete only when the Mac can disappear and Bluefly can be recovered from canonical systems, not when ~/.claude or ~/.gemini merely looks tidy.
