Qualification Result

IDEAL_FIT (Score 5+): The prospect is actively feeling pain from maintenance debt, has a large enough estate to justify the engagement, and uses mature platforms that likely have native replacements available. Next Action: Scope a Maintenance Review immediately.

POSSIBLE_FIT (Score 3-4): The prospect has some technical debt but may not have a pressing deadline or enough scale to see massive immediate ROI. Next Action: Probe deeper on Maintenance Cost Pressure and Security Findings to uncover urgency.

BAD_FIT (Score 0-2): The prospect has a very small, new, or entirely bespoke environment where native platform capabilities cannot replace their core business logic, or they are explicitly seeking new feature development. Next Action: Disqualify for Technology Reduction. (Consider other Bluefly services if applicable).
