SaaS Product & Service Opportunities

February 2026

Prepared for Thomas Scola, Founder & Principal Consultant

CONFIDENTIAL

Executive Summary

This document presents the findings of comprehensive research into Acquia Source, Drupal AI, and the intersection of opportunities for Bluefly.io to build a SaaS product or service. The research draws from analysis of the actual Acquia Source JSON:API specification, official documentation, community modules, market analysis, and competitive landscape research.

Key Findings

  • Acquia Source is live with full CRUD JSON:API access (151 endpoints), OAuth2 authentication, and a new canvas_page entity type with a component tree architecture powered by Drupal Canvas.

  • The API is fully read-write. Content (articles, pages, media, taxonomy) can be created, updated, and deleted programmatically. This is the critical enabler for any SaaS product.

  • Drupal AI ecosystem is production-ready. The AI module (11,311 sites), AI Agents (6,440 sites), MCP Server, and MCP Client modules are all stable releases with active communities.

  • Canvas pages use a component tree model with parent_uuid, slot, component_id, component_version, and inputs fields, enabling programmatic page assembly via API.

  • Acquia Source restricts custom code. No contributed modules, no custom PHP, no SSH access. This creates massive demand for external SaaS tools that extend Source capabilities through the API.

  • No competing SaaS products exist yet. The market is wide open for purpose-built tools targeting Acquia Source users.

  • Bluefly.io has unique positioning: Deep Drupal/Acquia expertise, existing agent platform infrastructure, open-source Drupal Native AI, and the OSSA architecture to build on.

Part 1: Acquia Source Technical Deep-Dive

What Is Acquia Source

Acquia Source is a fully managed SaaS CMS built on Drupal, launched July 2025 with AI agents added December 2025. Unlike traditional Drupal where you manage hosting, code, and modules, Source handles everything and restricts you to configuration and content creation through its UI and APIs.

Aspect Acquia Source Traditional Drupal
Hosting Fully managed SaaS by Acquia Self-hosted or PaaS (Pantheon, Acquia Cloud)
Custom Modules Not allowed (curated set only) 40,000+ contributed modules available
Custom PHP Code Not allowed Full codebase access
Page Builder Drupal Canvas (built-in) Layout Builder, Paragraphs, Gutenberg, etc.
API Access JSON:API (151 endpoints, full CRUD) JSON:API, GraphQL, REST (configurable)
AI Features 3 built-in agents (Site Builder, Writing, Governance) drupal/ai module + 48 providers
Server Access No SSH, no Git, no Composer Full SSH, Git, Composer workflows
Authentication OAuth2 (4 flows) + CSRF token Session, OAuth2, API keys, etc.
Target Market SMBs, marketing teams, rapid deployment Enterprise, government, complex builds
Escape Hatch Export to custom Drupal application N/A (already full access)

Your API Spec Analysis

Analysis of the actual Swagger/OpenAPI spec from your Acquia Source instance reveals the following:

Canvas Page Component Tree Structure

The most significant discovery is the canvas_page entity type, which uses a hierarchical component tree model. Each page is composed of an array of components with the following schema:

Field Type Purpose
uuid string (required) Unique identifier for this component instance
component_id string (required) References the component definition (SDC)
component_version string (required) Version of the component being used
inputs component_inputs (required) Input values/props for this component instance
parent_uuid string UUID of parent component (enables nesting)
parent_item reference Reference to parent component field item
slot string Which slot in the parent this component occupies
label string Internal label for content authors (not visible to end users)

Critical Insight: This component tree can be constructed and modified entirely through the JSON:API. This means an external SaaS product could programmatically assemble, modify, and manage canvas pages without ever touching the Acquia Source UI.

Authentication Model

The API supports four OAuth2 flows plus CSRF token authentication:

  • Password Grant: Direct username/password to token exchange

  • Authorization Code: Standard OAuth2 redirect flow for third-party apps

  • Implicit Grant: Browser-based single-page applications

  • Client Credentials: Server-to-server (ideal for SaaS product integration)

Key Takeaway: Client Credentials flow enables server-to-server integration without user interaction. This is the foundation for any automated SaaS product connecting to Source instances.

Part 2: Drupal AI Ecosystem

What Works with Acquia Source vs. Traditional Drupal

Capability Acquia Source Traditional Drupal Notes
JSON:API Content CRUD Yes (built-in) Yes (core) Same API surface
Canvas Page Building Yes (built-in) Yes (Drupal CMS 2.0) Source has it pre-configured
Built-in AI Agents Yes (3 agents) No (use drupal/ai) Source agents are proprietary SaaS
Custom AI Agents No (no custom modules) Yes (ai_agents module) Source cannot run custom agents internally
MCP Server No (can't install modules) Yes (mcp_server module) Source sites cannot be MCP servers natively
MCP Client No (can't install modules) Yes (mcp_client module) Source cannot call external MCP servers internally
DAM Integration Yes (Acquia DAM built-in) Yes (via module) Source has deep DAM integration
Custom PHP Modules No Yes Fundamental limitation
External API Access Yes (OAuth2 JSON:API) Yes Both allow external tools to connect

Critical Gap Identified: Acquia Source sites cannot run MCP servers, custom AI agents, or drupal/ai modules internally. But they fully support external API access. This creates the opportunity: build AI/MCP capabilities as an external SaaS layer that connects to Source via its API.

Part 3: The Opportunity Landscape

Based on our research, we have identified 18 distinct product/service concepts. Each is grounded in real technical capabilities, real market gaps, and real demand signals. No concepts rely on speculative or unverified features.

Market Context

  • CMS Market: \$33.28B (2026) growing to \$48.17B (2031) at 7.68% CAGR

  • AI Agents Market: \$7.84B (2025) growing to \$52.62B (2030) at 46.3% CAGR

  • Acquia Partner Network: 700+ worldwide agencies (potential distribution channel)

  • Drupal AI Module Adoption: 11,311 sites and growing (proves demand)

  • No competing SaaS products: Zero purpose-built external tools for Acquia Source yet

Bluefly.io Competitive Advantages

  • Drupal Native AI: Open-source project on GitLab with community credibility

  • Deep Acquia Expertise: 7+ years at Acquia as Senior Technical Manager, Acquia Community Partner

  • API Spec Knowledge: We have the actual Source JSON:API spec with all 151 endpoints mapped

  • Full-Stack Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, Tailscale, Vast.ai GPU access

Part 4: Complete Ideas & Concepts Catalog

Each idea is scored on three dimensions: Technical Feasibility (can we actually build this with what exists), Market Impact (size of addressable pain/demand), and Bluefly Fit (alignment with our existing capabilities and positioning).

Idea 1: Acquia Source MCP Bridge

Concept: A standalone MCP server that wraps Acquia Source's JSON:API, enabling Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, and any MCP-compatible AI tool to interact with Source sites. Since Source can't run the drupal/mcp module internally, this external bridge fills the gap.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 9/10 We already have @bluefly/agent-protocol for MCP. The JSON:API spec is mapped. OAuth2 client credentials flow is supported.
Market Impact 8/10 Every Source customer + every developer using AI coding tools. MCP is exploding in adoption.
Bluefly Fit 10/10 Directly leverages agent platform, MCP expertise, and Drupal knowledge. No one else has this combination.
Time to MVP 2-4 weeks MCP server wrapping JSON:API with OAuth2 auth. Expose content CRUD, media management, taxonomy, canvas page assembly.
Revenue Model Freemium SaaS Free tier (1 Source site, basic tools), Pro (\$49/mo per site), Enterprise (custom pricing, multi-site).

What it enables: Developers can say 'Create a new article on my Source site with title X, body Y, and tag it with Z' in Claude Desktop and it just works. Content teams can use AI assistants to manage Source content without the Source UI.

Key differentiator: This is the ONLY way to get MCP capabilities on an Acquia Source site. No one else can build this without the deep Drupal + MCP expertise we have.

Idea 2: AI Content Operations Platform for Source

Concept: A SaaS dashboard that connects to one or more Acquia Source instances and provides AI-powered content workflows that Source's built-in agents don't cover: bulk content generation, multi-site content syndication, content quality scoring, SEO analysis, accessibility auditing, and scheduled publishing automation.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 JSON:API gives full CRUD. We can read/write content, analyze it with LLMs, and push changes back.
Market Impact 9/10 Content operations is a \$5B+ market. Source users specifically lack workflow automation beyond the 3 built-in agents.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 Leverages our AI module expertise, agent infrastructure, and content management experience.
Time to MVP 6-8 weeks Dashboard + OAuth2 connection + 3-4 core workflows (bulk content, quality audit, SEO check).
Revenue Model SaaS subscription \$99-499/mo per Source instance based on content volume and features.

Idea 3: Canvas Page Builder API / AI Page Assembly Service

Concept: A service that programmatically assembles Acquia Source canvas pages from templates, briefs, or prompts. Leverages the component tree structure (uuid, component_id, inputs, slots) to build pages via API without the Source UI. Think 'Vercel for Acquia Source pages' - describe what you want, get a complete canvas page.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 Canvas page component tree is fully exposed in JSON:API. POST /page creates pages. Component schema is documented.
Market Impact 9/10 This is what Acquia's own Site Builder Agent does, but we can offer it as an external, customizable, multi-model service.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 Deep understanding of Drupal Canvas + SDC components + AI orchestration. Nobody else has reverse-engineered the component tree API.
Time to MVP 4-6 weeks Component library mapping + prompt-to-component translation + canvas page assembly via POST /page.
Revenue Model Usage-based SaaS \$0.50-2 per page generated. Bulk plans for agencies. Enterprise plans for multi-site.

Idea 4: Source-to-Drupal Migration Accelerator

Concept: Automated bi-directional migration between Acquia Source and traditional Drupal. When organizations outgrow Source's constraints, help them export and transform their content, media, and canvas pages into a full custom Drupal install. Also: migrate traditional Drupal sites INTO Source for customers who want the managed SaaS model.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 Source has export capability. JSON:API provides full read access. Drupal Migrate framework handles imports. Canvas page translation is the hard part.
Market Impact 7/10 Every Source customer who hits limitations needs this. Every traditional Drupal site considering Source needs this. Acquia themselves mention the export path.
Bluefly Fit 8/10 We've done 50+ Drupal migrations. AI Migrate module knowledge. Deep understanding of both architectures.
Time to MVP 8-12 weeks Content mapping + media transfer + canvas page translation + validation layer.
Revenue Model Project-based + SaaS \$5K-50K per migration + ongoing monitoring subscription.

Idea 5: Multi-Site Content Intelligence Dashboard

Concept: Analytics and intelligence platform that connects to multiple Acquia Source instances and provides cross-site content analysis: content gaps, duplicate content detection, taxonomy inconsistencies, publishing patterns, content aging/freshness scoring, and AI-generated recommendations for content strategy.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 All content is readable via JSON:API. Taxonomy and relationships are structured. Vector embeddings enable similarity detection.
Market Impact 8/10 Enterprise customers with 10+ Source sites have zero cross-site visibility today. Content intelligence is a growing category.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 Our agent-brain package already handles vector search/RAG. Multi-site Drupal expertise is core to our brand.
Time to MVP 6-10 weeks Multi-site connector + content ingestion + embedding generation + dashboard UI.
Revenue Model SaaS subscription \$199-999/mo based on number of sites and content volume.

Idea 6: Acquia Source Component Marketplace

Concept: Since Source users can't install contributed modules, create a marketplace of pre-built React+Tailwind components and page templates that can be installed into Source via API. Components are SDC-compatible and configurable through the canvas page builder.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 6/10 Components are React+Tailwind but must comply with Source's component registration system. Need to verify if external component registration is possible via API.
Market Impact 8/10 Source users are limited to Acquia's curated components. Demand for more variety is inevitable.
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We build React components and understand SDC architecture, but this is more frontend-heavy than our core strength.
Time to MVP 10-14 weeks Component authoring framework + marketplace platform + Source integration testing.
Revenue Model Marketplace commission 15-30% commission on component sales. Premium component subscriptions.

Idea 7: AI-Powered DAM Bridge & Asset Intelligence

Concept: Connect to Source's Acquia DAM integration and add AI-powered asset management: automatic alt text generation, image analysis and tagging, brand compliance checking for uploaded images, automatic image optimization, and DAM-to-content matching (suggest the best image for an article based on content analysis).

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 DAM media entities are fully exposed (6 DAM asset types in API). LLM vision APIs can analyze images. CRUD operations available.
Market Impact 7/10 DAM management is a pain point. Alt text generation alone saves hours. Brand compliance is an enterprise need.
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We understand Acquia DAM deeply. AI vision capabilities are mature. Less differentiated than other options.
Time to MVP 4-6 weeks Media API connector + vision LLM integration + alt text generation + brand check workflow.
Revenue Model Usage-based SaaS \$0.05-0.20 per asset processed. Monthly plans for bulk processing.

Idea 8: Source Content Governance & Compliance SaaS

Concept: Continuous monitoring of Acquia Source content for accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2), brand voice consistency, regulatory compliance (GDPR content obligations, healthcare disclaimers, financial disclaimers), and content policy enforcement. Extends beyond Source's upcoming Web Governance Agent with deeper, customizable rules.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 Content is readable via API. LLMs can analyze text for compliance. Accessibility checks can be applied to content structure.
Market Impact 8/10 Government, healthcare, financial services all need this. Source's own Governance Agent (Q1 2026) validates demand but covers limited scope.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 Deep public sector experience. FedRAMP/NIST/FISMA expertise. Compliance is core to Bluefly brand.
Time to MVP 6-8 weeks Content scanning engine + rule definition + compliance dashboard + alerting.
Revenue Model SaaS subscription \$199-799/mo per site. Higher tiers for regulated industries (healthcare, gov).

Idea 9: AI Translation & Localization Service for Source

Concept: Automated multilingual content management for Source sites. Read content via API, translate with LLMs (or specialized translation APIs), create localized versions, manage translation workflows, and handle cultural adaptation. Source exposes langcode and translation fields on all entities.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 All entities have langcode fields. JSON:API supports language negotiation. Translation is a well-understood AI task.
Market Impact 7/10 Multilingual sites are common in enterprise. Translation is expensive and slow without automation.
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We understand Drupal multilingual architecture. Not as differentiated as MCP or governance options.
Time to MVP 6-8 weeks Language detection + AI translation + content creation via API + translation workflow management.
Revenue Model Usage-based \$0.02-0.10 per word translated. Monthly plans for high-volume sites.

Idea 10: Source Site Cloning & Templating Service

Concept: Read an entire Source site via API (content, media, taxonomy, canvas pages) and create a reusable template. Agencies can build a 'golden' Source site, then spin up clones for clients with modified content. Template marketplace for industry verticals (healthcare practice, law firm, SaaS company, etc.).

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 Full read access to all entities. Can serialize and store site snapshots. Writing back requires new Source instance provisioning (Acquia controls this).
Market Impact 8/10 Agencies building multiple Source sites need this. Drastically reduces per-site delivery cost.
Bluefly Fit 8/10 Multisite expertise. Template-based delivery model. Agencies are our natural customer.
Time to MVP 8-10 weeks Site serialization + template storage + content transformation + deployment automation.
Revenue Model SaaS + marketplace \$99/mo per template slot. Template marketplace with revenue share.

Idea 11: Drupal AI Agent Marketplace (for Traditional Drupal)

Concept: A curated, certified marketplace of production-ready AI agents for traditional Drupal sites. Each agent is tested, documented, and supported. Think 'Drupal module marketplace but for AI agents' - content generation agents, SEO agents, translation agents, moderation agents, personalization agents.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 AI Agents framework (1.2.1) is stable. Agent creation patterns are well-documented. Growing from 5 to 30+ agents in 6 months shows momentum.
Market Impact 7/10 11,311 sites using AI module. 6,440 using AI Agents. Growing adoption. But it targets traditional Drupal, not Source.
Bluefly Fit 8/10 Our Drupal Native AI project + agent platform expertise makes us the natural curator.
Time to MVP 4-6 weeks Marketplace platform + 3-5 certified agents + documentation + testing framework.
Revenue Model Marketplace + support \$10-50/mo per agent subscription. Premium support packages.

Idea 12: Unified MCP Hub (Multi-CMS)

Concept: A single MCP server that connects to multiple CMS platforms: Acquia Source, traditional Drupal, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity. AI tools interact with one unified protocol regardless of the underlying CMS. 'One MCP to rule them all' for content management.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 MCP protocol is standardized. Each CMS adapter is moderate effort. Source JSON:API, WP REST, Contentful REST are well-documented.
Market Impact 8/10 Organizations with multiple CMS platforms (common in enterprise) need unified AI tooling.
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We know MCP and Drupal deeply. WordPress and Contentful adapters would require new expertise.
Time to MVP 8-12 weeks Core MCP hub + Acquia Source adapter + traditional Drupal adapter + 1-2 additional CMS adapters.
Revenue Model SaaS subscription \$49-199/mo per connected CMS instance.

Idea 13: Content Migration AI (Any Source to Acquia Source)

Concept: AI-powered migration from any CMS to Acquia Source. Crawls the source site, analyzes content structure, maps to Source's content types (article, canvas_page), generates proper canvas page component trees, transfers media to Source/DAM, and validates the migration. The AI component handles the hardest part: structural transformation.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 AI Migrate module patterns exist for traditional Drupal. Source's write API enables content creation. Canvas page assembly is the challenge.
Market Impact 8/10 Every new Source customer needs to migrate FROM something. Acquia will push Source adoption, creating migration demand.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 50+ migration track record. AI migration module knowledge. Canvas page API understanding.
Time to MVP 8-12 weeks Source site crawler + content mapping AI + Source API writer + validation engine.
Revenue Model Project + SaaS \$5K-50K per migration. \$199/mo for ongoing monitoring and incremental sync.

Idea 14: Headless Frontend Accelerator for Source

Concept: Pre-built Next.js/Nuxt frontends that consume Acquia Source's JSON:API. Source provides the content backend; this service provides production-ready frontend templates with SSR, ISR, and CDN optimization. Think 'Vercel templates specifically designed for Source backends'.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 8/10 Source's JSON:API is standard. Next.js integration with JSON:API is well-understood. Acquia mentions Next.js support.
Market Impact 7/10 Headless is a growing pattern but not every Source customer needs it. More of a developer/agency play.
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We do frontend work but it's not our primary differentiator. Many agencies can build Next.js frontends.
Time to MVP 6-8 weeks 3-5 vertical-specific templates + Source connector + deployment automation.
Revenue Model Template sales + hosting \$99-299 per template. Optional managed hosting at \$49-199/mo.

Idea 15: AI Content Personalization Layer

Concept: An external personalization engine that reads Source content via API, generates content variants using AI (different tones, lengths, CTAs for different audiences), and serves personalized content to frontends. Works alongside or instead of Acquia Personalization for sites that don't have the full DXP license.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 Content reading via API is easy. Variant generation with LLMs works. Serving requires edge/CDN integration or frontend SDK.
Market Impact 7/10 Personalization is high-demand but Acquia already offers it. We'd be competing with their product for full DXP customers.
Bluefly Fit 6/10 We understand personalization conceptually but haven't built personalization products. Acquia CDP integration would be needed.
Time to MVP 10-14 weeks Content variant generation + audience segmentation + serving SDK + analytics.
Revenue Model Usage-based SaaS \$199-999/mo based on impressions served.

Idea 16: Source CI/CD & Content Pipeline

Concept: Since Source doesn't support Git-based workflows, build a content pipeline that acts as 'CI/CD for content.' Content goes through stages (draft, review, QA, staging, production) with automated quality checks, approval gates, and rollback capabilities. GitLab CI integration for content-as-code workflows.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 Content CRUD via API enables stage management. GitLab integration is our strength. Content versioning is available (revision fields in API).
Market Impact 7/10 Enterprise content teams want pipeline discipline. Source's built-in workflow may be limited.
Bluefly Fit 9/10 GitLab-native workflow is our DNA. GitLab components repo is already set up. This is perfectly aligned.
Time to MVP 6-8 weeks Content stage engine + GitLab CI component + approval workflow + rollback mechanism.
Revenue Model SaaS subscription \$149-499/mo per Source instance.

Idea 17: Agentic Content Hub (Source + AI Agents + MCP)

Concept: The 'full platform' play: combine Ideas 1 (MCP Bridge), 2 (Content Operations), and 3 (Canvas Page Assembly) into a unified Agentic Content Hub. A single SaaS platform where AI agents manage, create, optimize, and distribute content across Acquia Source sites. Built on Bluefly's existing OSSA agent infrastructure.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 7/10 Each component is feasible individually. Integration complexity is the challenge. But our OSSA architecture is designed for exactly this.
Market Impact 10/10 This is the highest-impact play. 'The AI layer for Acquia Source' is a category-defining product.
Bluefly Fit 10/10 This IS what the agent platform was built for. OSSA agents, agent mesh, vector DB, MCP protocol, foundation bridge - all the pieces exist.
Time to MVP 12-16 weeks Phase 1: MCP Bridge (weeks 1-4). Phase 2: Content Operations (weeks 5-8). Phase 3: Canvas Assembly (weeks 9-12). Phase 4: Integration (weeks 13-16).
Revenue Model Tiered SaaS Starter: \$199/mo (1 site, basic agents). Pro: \$499/mo (3 sites, all agents). Enterprise: Custom (unlimited, dedicated agents).

This is the big bet. It's the most ambitious, takes the longest, but has the highest potential impact and most defensible moat. It leverages every piece of Bluefly infrastructure that already exists.

Idea 18: Acquia Source Training & Certification Platform

Concept: Online training platform teaching agencies and developers how to work with Acquia Source, its API, Canvas components, and AI integration. Certification program creates credentialed 'Acquia Source Specialists.' Revenue from courses, certifications, and enterprise training contracts.

Dimension Score Rationale
Technical Feasibility 9/10 Training content creation is straightforward. Platform can use existing LMS tools. Certification requires industry recognition.
Market Impact 6/10 Training is a smaller market than SaaS products. Acquia may launch their own training (they have Acquia Academy).
Bluefly Fit 7/10 We have the expertise. But training is a services business, not a scalable SaaS product.
Time to MVP 4-6 weeks 3-5 course modules + certification exam + platform setup.
Revenue Model Course sales + certification \$99-499 per course. \$199 per certification. Enterprise bulk pricing.

Recommended Top 3 to Evaluate

Based on the scoring matrix, Bluefly's existing infrastructure, and the strategic goal of building a SaaS product with the highest real-world impact, we recommend evaluating these three:

Option A: Start with MCP Bridge, Build to Agentic Hub (Ideas 1 + 17)

Build the MCP Bridge first (2-4 week MVP). This is the fastest path to market with the highest Bluefly fit score. It immediately solves a real problem (no MCP for Source), generates early revenue and users, and becomes the foundation layer for the full Agentic Content Hub. Each subsequent module (Content Ops, Canvas Assembly, Compliance) plugs into the MCP bridge as agents.

Option B: AI Content Operations Platform (Idea 2)

The standalone content operations platform targets the broadest market pain (workflow automation, quality control, SEO). It doesn't require MCP knowledge from customers - it's a SaaS dashboard they log into. Higher market accessibility but less technically differentiated. Could be built in parallel with Option A.

Option C: Canvas Page Builder API (Idea 3)

The most technically unique offering. We may be the only team that has reverse-engineered the canvas page component tree API. This creates pages programmatically - something no one else offers for Source. High wow-factor, strong differentiation, but more niche market (developers and agencies, not content teams directly).

Our recommendation: Start with Option A (MCP Bridge as the foundation), validate with early users, then expand modularly into the full Agentic Content Hub. Options B and C become features of the hub rather than standalone products. This gives you the fastest time to market, the most defensible technical moat, and the clearest path to a category-defining platform.
