AMCS Status

Current execution directive: the Founder Decisions doctrine in Engineering-Standard/glossary/platform-glossary.md governs active execution — ship one customer-visible Drupal demonstration (the Bluefly Drupal Launch Factory, via AMCS) before further marketplace/OSSA/kagent platform work. This file records observed status. It does not override Architecture.md. MASTER-PROMPT.md does not exist and must not be recreated.

Architecture authority: Architecture.md on blucity-docs release/v0.1.x (replacement 2026-09-02, title "Governed Drupal CMS AI Ecosystem"). Historical site-rebuild prose is not current product architecture:

Current Maturity

Maturity Level: Prototype / MVP (narrow AMCS vertical)

  • Architecture: Verified as intent in Architecture.md. Implementation is partial. Do not treat architecture prose as runtime proof.
  • Implementation: Partial. Release composition exists; empty-DDEV two-run behavioral proof is not closed.

recipe_drupaltown is not the current release foundation name. A Mac site_template_amcs checkout on main still listing blueflyio/recipe_drupaltown is local/default-branch drift, not origin/release/v0.1.x authority.

Runtime AI owner remains Drupal AI + AI Agents (\Drupal::service('ai.provider')). Kagent is not the AMCS runtime.

Dependencies that are not MVP prerequisites

Per Architecture.md §§25–28:

  • OSSA / DUADP: interoperability only. Discovery does not grant Drupal permission or start execution.
  • Cedar / ContractPlane / StateMesh (agent_state_*): additional integrations only when a concrete requirement and existing owner justify them. Not the default AMCS proof ledger.
  • GitLab recipe_amcs#1: still open asking whether to leave FlowDrop on ^1.6. Release composer.json already requires drupal/flowdrop: ^2.5 (HEAD 5b5e4ace; constraint landed earlier at 2cb2dac). Close the issue with that proof. Do not re-bump. Runtime FlowDrop QA proof remains hq-b1m.
  • drupal_cms_ai / Amazee: evaluated and excluded. Do not add either package.
  • AMCS-CF-001: certification/proof packet only. Not the product definition.
  • Drive folder 1r34EP_WS8uSplvRPPNFrOhNcsIR3cb0q: live as of 2026-09-10. August Architecture.md / Vision.md / Roadmap.md / Status.md there are historical. GitLab release/v0.1.x wins.

Open proof gaps (do not close by wording)

  • hq-b1m / hq-b1m.5: domain recipe + site-template assembly. hq-b1m.5 description still names recipe_drupaltown; release composer does not.
  • hq-b1m.4: ECA subscriber-after-recipe allegation. Architecture assigns multi-step QA to FlowDrop; ECA is bounded supporting reactions. Do not block the vertical on restoring a duplicate ECA gate. Runtime FlowDrop proof is still required.
  • Empty-DDEV two-run factory proof: still unexecuted as a closed receipt. site_template_amcs is a Drupal recipe/site template, not composer create-project project-template.

Next Milestone

Ship the narrow AMCS vertical using actual configuration names:

draft → agent_qa → governed FlowDrop QA → needs_revision OR human_review → authorized human publication

Prove failure and success, one execution per qualifying revision, zero recursion, agent cannot publish, human can publish, no API/Tool/Canvas bypass.

Do not hold that vertical hostage to OSSA federation, Cedar PDP, ContractPlane, StateMesh, DrupalCon demo inventory, or a second evidence ledger.

Immediate owners: recipe_blucity (compose contrib AI without amazee, then MR), recipe_amcs (drop duplicate ai/ai_agents after foundation merge; workflow + proof), site_template_amcs (assembly + clean install). Customer #2 portability is the acceptance test after the Launch Factory path exists. Factory method stays existing Gas City formulas after blucity-packs#5 resolution is verified at cook time. Prompt gc bd … --rig syntax is blucity-packs#8, not this status file.
