Bluefly Active Projects Deployment Inventory¶
Snapshot date: 2026-09-05
Scope: blueflyio GitLab group and subgroups
Purpose: Canonical inventory of active Bluefly projects, how each project is consumed or deployed, and whether its runtime responsibility belongs in IaC and/or agent-docker.
This document is generated from the GitLab project inventory and the central runtime/project registries reviewed on 2026-09-05. It should be maintained as an operational inventory, not as a historical archive.
Executive Summary¶
- GitLab API returned 133 non-archived projects as of 2026-09-05 estate reconciliation.
- 123 projects are retained in the canonical active inventory.
- 7 projects are separated into Removal Review because their own project descriptions identify them as scratch, disposable, merge/drain-only, or slated for archive.
- 3 projects carry a GitLab
deletion_scheduledsuffix — they are non-archived but pending deletion. These are listed in the Pending Deletion section below and excluded from the canonical active count. - The prior snapshot recorded "130 active" because the 3 deletion-scheduled projects were not separately classified. The reconciled breakdown is: 123 canonical active + 7 removal-review + 3 pending-deletion = 133 non-archived.
- Runtime software is expected to be managed through
agent-docker+ IaC +gitlab_components, rather than manually installed or hand-maintained on hosts. - A project being active in GitLab does not imply that its repository should be cloned to Oracle. Drupal modules and recipes are normally consumed through Composer; SDKs/libraries through package management; services through images/runtime declarations; CI behavior through shared GitLab Components.

Deployment Classification Rules¶
- Service/runtime — should be represented in
agent-dockerand, when it runs on managed infrastructure, declared/orchestrated by IaC. - Host-level infrastructure — belongs in IaC. Do not manually install or configure it on Oracle.
- Drupal module/theme/recipe — normally consumed by a Drupal site through Composer/recipe application. It does not become an Oracle runtime service merely because the consuming Drupal application is deployed there.
- SDK/library/CLI — consumed via its package manager or built into an image/toolchain. Runtime installation should be declared rather than performed manually.
- CI/CD component — belongs in
gitlab_components; consuming repositories should useinclude:componentor the approved shared mechanism rather than bespoke pipeline implementations. - Docs/spec/policy/model — consumed as source, dependency, policy input, or documentation. These are not automatically runtime services.
- DDEV/local-development addon — belongs to the local development surface and should not be confused with the authoritative Oracle runtime.
