BEADS SCOPE — TOPOLOGY FILES

These files define Beads topology and are always in scope for any agent modifying city or rig configuration:

• .beads/.gitignore
• deploy/oracle/beads-topology.yaml
• deploy/oracle/site-rigs.toml
• city.toml

When editing these files: - Canonical Dolt: 127.0.0.1:3308 / database: hq - Bead prefix: bl (BluCity city scope) - Do not write runtime Beads identity (project_id, endpoint_status, Mac-only prefixes) into portable Git source - Do not commit local machine listener state unless the portable contract explicitly requires it - Mac may host disposable/projected runtime state — NON_CANONICAL != DISPOSABLE_WITHOUT_PROOF - If Mac/local Beads contain unknown or disconnected work: preserve → compare → reconcile before retirement
