Superseded

STD-AUTH-001 has one canonical text: Bluefly Authentication, Secrets & Identity Constitution, which is the path packs and agent context already cite.

This file was a second, older draft of the same constitution (2026-09-14). Its three sections that the canonical text did not already state more fully — the canonical authentication flow, the separation-of-duties role table, and the credential-at-rest reporting contract — were merged into the canonical text on 2026-09-20 before this file was reduced to this pointer. Nothing else in it was unique.
