Bluefly defines what exists (Business Intent).
Gas City decides what executes (Reconciliation).
Gas Town provides the developer/runtime environment.
OpenClaw provides secure ingress.
The Home AI Box is a trusted runtime node (compute).
The NAS provides durable storage and artifacts (Persistent Storage Authority).

Pack & Capability Execution¶

Packs own reusable behavior and engineering capabilities. Gas City evaluates these formulas and executes them across the runtime topology.

Persistent Storage Authority¶

The Synology NAS acts as the Persistent Storage Authority. It holds: - Git mirrors (read-only) - Artifacts and receipts - Vector stores and model weights

The NAS is not the compute brain and is not the source of truth for active development (which remains in Git/GitLab).
